Payroll Documents Needed

Notes:

  • If your business formed prior to June 30, 2019, you will need to use annual 2019 payroll totals.
  • If your business formed after June 30, 2019, you can either use annual 2019 totals, or totals from January and February 2020 only. If you use 2020 numbers, you should provide IRS form 941 from Q1 2020.
